Workforce Support and Development Initiative
Support designed to help new educators confidently prepare for their roles in the early childhood education field.
A great early childhood education teacher creates a learning environment where curiosity, connection, and care thrive. Our new Workforce Support and Development Initiative is designed to nurture these essential qualities by providing new educators with hands-on training and coaching, mentorship, and financial incentives. Through this initiative, educators gain the tools and confidence to inspire young learners, build strong relationships, and create meaningful early learning experiences that last a lifetime.
Professional Growth Outcomes:
* Completion of 45-hour DCF training requirement
* Individualized coaching support which enhances the understanding of the CLASS framework
* Sustained employment at 12 months with a personalized career pathway plan to support long-term professional growth
