CLASS Coaching
Transforming classrooms by strengthening the interactions that matter most.
Educators engaged in CLASS Coaching partner with a Quality Impact Specialist for individualized, age-specific support aligned to the CLASS dimensions and indicators. Together, they develop action plans and participate in in-classroom coaching and/or professional development tailored to their goals. Educators are observed and provided meaningful feedback to support growth, with observations used for data collection to help educators clearly see their progress over time.
