CHILD CARE PROVIDER PARTICIPATION IN THE SCHOOL READINESS PROGRAM

To request participation in the School Readiness (SR) program in Flagler and Volusia Counties, a child care provider must complete and sign a Statewide School Readiness Provider Contract and submit all required documentation as indicated in the Statewide School Readiness Provider Contract  and the ELCFV Request to Participate in the School Readiness Program form to the Early Learning Coalition of Flagler Volusia, Inc. (ELCFV).

The Statewide School Readiness Provider Contract and all required documentation must be submitted electronically through the ELCFV Provider PortalHere is a link to the site – https://providers.elcfv.org and here is a link to a manual to get you started.
