Inclusion & Behavior Services

The Early Learning Coalition recognizes the need for Child Care Providers to have support in their efforts to include all children in their early care and education programs.

We encourage all providers to call the Warm Line, a Florida mandated toll-free number (1-877-352-0065 x177) at ELCFV to request assistance regarding the inclusion of children with disabilities and special health care needs.

Additionally, providers may request assistance regarding children with suspected disabilities or with behavioral concerns. Services are provided by Behavior & Inclusion Analyst Rosemary Cashion, to include coaching, mentoring and consulting in the following areas:

• Disability Awareness
• Inclusion & Behavior Strategies
• Curriculum Assistance
• ADA & IDEA Law
• Environmental Adaptions
• Agency Referrals
• Resource Materials
• Staff Training
• Materials and Equipment to support children with special needs
