Regular Board Meeting

• 4th Wednesday of the identified months at 8:30 a.m.
• Regular meetings of the Board rotate between Flagler and Volusia Counties.

Executive Committee

• 3rd Wednesday of the identified months at 8:30 a.m.
• This Committee consists of four officers of the Board and the Chairs of standing committees. The Executive Committee is responsible for reviewing overall strategies and operations of the Coalition, making decisions on behalf of the Coalition in between Coalition meetings and acting as the overall leadership for the Coalition. This committee also monitors the expenditure of funds and assures accountability for funds in accordance with legal and contractual requirements.

Quality Committee

• 2nd Thursday of the identified months at 9:00 a.m.
• This committee shall ensure compliance with the Coalition Plan in regards to quality assurance. This committee shall oversee the Quality Rating System development and implementation including professional development initiatives as well as training and technical assistance as related to provider quality. This Committee will determine the needs, concerns, and areas of involvement parents have in their child's education. This committee will also work to educate parents on the importance of skill building in the developmental standards with a focus on early literacy.
