Behavior and Inclusion Analyst

This position is primarily responsible for promoting awareness of and support for equal access to high quality child care and early learning opportunities for all children, including those with disabilities and special health care needs. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: provide assistance and consultation to child care centers and family child care homes, respond to Providers, outside agencies, and Parent/Guardians accessing the “Warm Line”, provide on-site technical assistance, offer training opportunities and collaborate with other agencies, organizations and programs with related activities and service provisions for positive behavior outcomes and inclusion services for children.

Human Resource Assistant Early Learning Coalition of Flagler and Volusia Counties.

A highly technical, administrative and professional human resource position. Work involves support for recruiting and hiring, training and development, employee benefits administration, employee services, human resource record keeping and health/safety. The ability to maintain confidential information/files is necessary.

An Associate’s degree in a related field; or any equivalent combination of related education, training and/or experience. Experience in some or all of the areas listed above is desired.
